Narratively or consensually?
Both
This puzzles me: the two of them have knowingly signed a contract to have sex in that hotel (the teacher even went through an official agency) -- doesn't that count as giving explicit mutual consent? The fact that the customer chooses to forfeit her benefits while remunerating the sex worker can, in fact, be more questionable than the sex worker insisting on doing what she enjoys and what she was already paid for. If anything, it's the teacher who is abusing her authority to force the sex worker into doing things that were not part of her contract. Even if she had best intentions, the only lack of consent I see in this story is for things other than sex. :-)
It's a bit like going to a dentist with a toothache, telling them to take care of their own paperwork while you idle in the chair, and then complaining about lack of consent if they insist on examining your teeth.
and so, they were both tops
Yes, please.
