It may be wise just not to host content like this. I'm a bit biased given 1) I worked (and work) with the victims of childhood abuse, including sexual and 2) I am one of the same, but there's something incredibly disturbing about it to begin with.
Yes, I know there are good arguments. Freedom of speech (in the US), the fact that a drawing is not a person, the fact that the material may very well stop an actual paedophile from harming an actual child, the sheer stupidity of the laws around it, etc. I get it. For the most part I'd be okay with live and let live, here. But why expose ourselves?
Edit: and, I don't understand the attraction of an underage girl for someone who loves women. Girls look like boys for the most part. None of the things that define the features and mindset of a full-grown woman are present. It really baffles me @_@
