Subtext sure has gotten a different meaning these days.. that was about as straight forward a confession (that was misunderstood) that I've seen in a while.

I've never understood just why you would want to hurt the person you "love", I'm glad she told that guy off, this was surprisingly cute, I thought it would be more angsty when reading the tags.

This is the kind of subtext I can live with. Now use that sleepover for something good.

As one who had to deal with bullying back in my younger days of old, and has to also deal with bullying of others now that I am older, I fucking wish that there were more people like her. It would have made my life then and my task now much easier.

The story was a bit touch-and-go, but I really enjoyed the opening. "Let's talk about our problems and solve them" is so un-manga (and often times, reality), that it's super refreshing to see!
