To be fair, this one wasn't tagged with lolicon because there's no evidence of an actual romantic relationship. If it was tagged, they'd definitely have no reason to even be here, and even less reason to gripe about it.

it's itou hachi...just assume that there will be loli content. e.g. i, personally, don't go into shindol works even when they aren't tagged with #ryona, because i know already that's his entire thing and it's gonna be present somehow.

I can easily look past age differences as there is never actual sex. But Hachi-sensei writes stories that often have a wonderful or poignant message to them if you don't get hung up on the age gap. When I ever make it to Japan, she is one mangaka I would most like to meet. You know it says right at the top who the mangaka is people, and enough people know how Hachi-sensei's stories go. It's a bit disingenuous to see the same people always making the same lame comments about age gap. If you have a problem with it, don't read it morons! Geez, it's like talking to toddlers. As a survivor of child torture, I absolutely cannot stand BDSM and consider it nothing less than sexual abuse, but if I see a story with the "BDSM tag", I just pass it by, I don't go on the comments and decry the artist for doing another BDSM comic. The “Eclair (Color)” series are a disappointment. I wouldn’t bother with buying anything more from YP.

I prefer “Seven Seas” publisher.

Why did you put quotes around censor, no one else said "censor". If there were actually laws against it that would be censorship

There are laws. It's the PROTECT Act. It's not surprising a publisher would decide not to risk violating it and precedent on the law means loli works could go either way in court.

Weird. Why did she write it so that the android got half of her body scrapped but then doesn't incorporate that fact in explaining the current loli form?
