How about a manga with the exact same setup, except the maid is the one with top energy. That would make for an entertaining series.

I'm not sure they really understand what top energy means? Using authority gifted to you on the basis of your birth to manipulate your employee into a relationship with you is kind of the opposite of "top energy" its like honestly pathetic.

I'm surprised at how poorly received this has been here. On Pixiv, it has 12.5k favourites with nothing but gushing comments. The maid is clearly lovestruck, so it's not like she was actually forced to. And, like, having an assertive master is the entire point of the submissive maid/servant fantasy?? Well, whatever. I liked it.

Works like this are predicated on the understanding that both people want the relationship; any resistance against that is just a token obstacle in the way of the relationship coming to fruition. Of course, it can be somewhat difficult to establish that context within four pages.
