Well that's why I said assume, I figured since in chapter 26 we saw she was talking about how she broke up with her bf and I thought she was callin him up or something.

This also confirms my suspicions from the pocky confrontation. I never got the feeling Kaname was into Piyo too, it felt more like a challenge or tease to get Piyo to reveal her true feelings. (Not that Kaname didn't already know.) And she's been so happy trying to push these two together to become friends.

I always assumed this was going to go the poly route but I'm not so sure anymore... I mean Kaname doesn't seem to give a rat's ass about these two (but then again, she's like that with everything else too)
Either way I know I'm going to enjoy it.

Replying to my own comment: after this chapter, definitely mastermind. She knew exactly what she was doing. I also agree with the whole pocky game scene being part of the setup plan.
