The moment they point out that the kids can't see Sana cuz they aren't megucas(yet, at least, there is no telling...) amused me intensely, it is just too suddenly logical for how fluffy the story had been otherwise...

They can still grow older, still feel hunger, still get tired and so on, it is clear that their bodies still function as normal for the most part, but there is no telling how magical enhancements interact with pregnancy... perhaps their magically-enhanced healing could be used to deal with some aspects of it, and post-birth recovery would be much quicker, the main issue is that it would be very difficult to fight Witches while pregnant, and even Doppels tend to be a little too violent and explosive for a pregnant woman...
