Wow. The April Fools version had me worried about this manga, but it actually turned out to be really sweet. Kudos to the joke translator for not spoiling the ending!

The other version had the absurdity put up front, whereas this version went from creepy to more creepy.
I didn’t realize that the black hair girl was so much taller until the 3rd time reading through it.
That’s how shocking this story being deranged was.

The other version was remarkable lmao

The ending to this one felt like the love part was pretty out of left field. The author's other work on here "I beg of you" also felt like it had a weirdly abrupt ending. They have this kind of weird...style of writing, where the characters mostly feel kind like aliens. "I beg of you" also had themes of copying, and characters not understanding how to act like human beings. Not in a regular dramatized romance sort of way either, but more just that they act like they're from another planet and don't know even what a human is. It's very bizarre, I know some people call that "refreshing", but for me it's just baffling and not really enjoyable unfortunately.

Edit: Regardless, thanks for the translation! Also the April Fools version was really funny.

I'm not getting the same creepy vibe everyone else is, more just quirky. Then again, I've definitely read some far more extreme stories, so maybe my scale is a bit skewed. Regardless, this was cute. Woulda been nice if it were a bit longer though.
