@Aquwin It's still worth watching even though Touma sucks. The biggest downside is there's a fair bit of stuff in season two of A Certain Magical Index that's connected with the events of Railgun S. Past that though the connections between the two parts of the franchise are weak enough that you can just watch Railgun and get everything.

That's the first Harem pic we get for this installment of the franchise. Let it be the first of many.
