All I could come up with was this.

Hi, I'd really love recommendations of any good polyamorous yuri manga - Kiss and White Lily, and the polyamorous relationship in that, are maybe my absolute favorite manga, so something else where polyamory is treated respectfully and actually ends up being the relationship would be absolutely A+. Well, uhh... the recent rushed-due-to-being-axed catastrophe (though, I consider it would be sub-par for me anyway, but people have different tastes) that is Luminous=Blue ends in a polyamory. It wasn't much in my alley, and I fear it may not be up your alley, but it's the only one that comes to mind.
All in all, when asking for polyamory romance, with little to no NSFW involved, I feel like you're only after the exceptionally rare.

Sorry, I feel there was confusion here, I was saying I want a romantic relationship rather than purely a sexual one, not that I want to avoid NSFW, I don't mind NSFW at all.
