@ZeroTheYuriLover its based off of Kiara and Ina's fashion designing stream where Nerissa and Shiori are the jusges. They both remarked that Kiara's designs for the other look like they would ruin each other's lives. Nerissa also remarked that she doesnt like pants (probably cos of a skin condition of hers she mentioned before)

That said I'm looking for another story. I only remember specific scenes and it might be short of just grasping onto strings so I do understand if its nothing substantial :'). It was a love live doujin between I think Eli and Nozomi, the only thing I remembered clearly is nozomi hugging eli in the snow while smiling widely.

May or may not be the same doujin but there's also a love live doujin about either Nico or Nozomi frowning while they eat, and thats because "they eat to survive, not to enjoy" but in the end they learn to enjoy the moment with eli(?) together.

Lol! I love Yuri. I can not say that enough. Unfortunately, I can't/haven't shared that with anyone I know. If it's yuri, I will like it unless the plot is just disturbing or terrible and I can't do yaoi. I think it's mostly because of straight women that consume and make it. There's a fair amount of fetishization is present but there are also those who do try to do respectful interpretations. Iirc the reason why Their Story was trashed was because it was supposed to be published as an actual comic book by a publisher. Online its pretty much free real estate in china unless it's some real hardcore shit

The choice of a southern US accent has never made sense to me. Kansai dialect is noticeably faster than others, but southerners talk slower than northerners in the US. The single reasoning I've ever heard is that both Kansai and southern dialects are the second most plentiful as far as the number of people who use them (this was years ago, so those numbers could very well be off now). It would make more sense (to me at least) to use a dialect that replicates the feeling of Kansai, rather than the number of people using it. Something like a Boston accent or New York accent would more accurately convey the fast-paced, pronunciation-bending feel. Being able to consistently convey that through only text would be another matter, though.

The choice boils down to their similarities in the place of origin. Kansai is usually describe as more rural and suburban than tokyo, to the point that whenever farms are mentioned in anime or manga, it is almost always in Kansai/Osaka, similar to how farming is a lot more prominent in southern U.S. While semantically it would sound closer to other accents, the vibe it would give off would be quite different.
