Therefore, after conferring with the other staff, you are getting a one month ban.

There is no misunderstanding between the two, they want the same thing, they have already been in the same bed at yuu's to hug each other.
Now we know that one of them is more enterprising than the other touko but yuu loves his and never opposes the desires of touko while having his own fantasies...

Well, Yuu has been pretty consistently the top in most situations so far, although with Touko being more in touch with her horny side, I'd say it starts with Touko taking the lead, but then Yuu flips it around once she's more used to the whole thing. You know, the usual pattern of their relationship.

Side bet: Parents have to come back early and find them together in bed.

Happening status: IT IS.

There are few reasons about Yuu being a top in their first time:
-She won the game, she has her right to choose what to do with Touko (I already called it "game for winning the right to top", even they were slightly unaware of it while playing)
-it's Touko's house and room, I don't think she would allow herself to act upon Yuu, it would be like taking advantage over her guest, so Yuu is on the move anyway. And I admit I would like to see that.

Well it's important to address the fact that Yuu didn't give a fuck back then so that was a big reason for her alpha status. Same with the first name calling. Now she's as blushy and shy as Touko was.

I'm at this point, where if it doesn't start out with Touko on top and switches then to Yuu getting schwifty and ending up on top, I'd actually be surprised (that is, if Nakatani doesn't chicken out and leaves us hanging with them approaching another and then cuts to the cigarette-after panel....).

Yep. Aside from being utterly adorable, it was also significant, in that before--after the end of sports day--Yuu wasn't able to hold up her end of the bargain and initiate a smooch, because it didn't feel right; so she let Touko take the lead as usual.

... wherein then Touko took a mile after being given an inch as usual, lol, but at least Yuu was on board with it.

"Bloom into You" is just too cute for words! and with only 2 more chapters to go, this is going to be interesting, to say the least.
But this seems to be the first time for both, so it might take most of the night to find it (CH 44) and the next day to figure out what to do with it! (CH 45) and then the curtain comes down. (All this just to hold hands!)
