Person under you said you're that's correct. She's using an AED (Automated External Defibrillator) which talks you through the way to set up to deliver a shock (to the heart).

I died when I saw that last panel, even the pad placement is accurate LOL

I find it so quirky and original that the entire school ships them . Especially considering they're a lesbian pair
