Lol, that was good. At first i thought it was gonna be some cliche shit, but it totally caught me off guard.

"We are completely different" is refering to the fact that Rikka was in love with her sis without realizing and took their bond for granted, while Touko is open about being a lesbian, but has never seen her sister that way.

The incest tag is kind of misleading, but if it wasn't there the twist would be lessened I suppose lol
