It is not, no. The Yuri Drill anthologies, as far as I'm aware, are books where authors are asked to create one page (or in this case longer) yuri stories using specific genres, settings, tropes etc. Look at the translated works from Volume 1 for some examples. https://dynasty-scans.com/anthologies/yuri_drill
I'm pretty sure Touko is dating Rikka because she reminds her of her sister. I mean their auras seem similar (both cool, stylish and confident) and has the same friggen name. Prob as a "it's wrong to date my actual sister, and it'll never happen anyway so...."

I will go with this as well. I mean, same name, similar looks, sure seems like a stand-in for her sister. I want her to be a stand-in for the sister... please, cruel author, make a sequel...
sad as it might be, seemed like sister Rikka built it all up in her head from a misunderstanding. This may just bring these two to understand each other better in the long run.

Who cares about understanding one another, lol... Ah, I guess I'm forgetting the classic fairy tale ending, "And they happily understood each other thereafter!"
"We are completely different" is refering to the fact that Rikka was in love with her sis without realizing and took their bond for granted, while Touko is open about being a lesbian, but has never seen her sister that way.
The incest tag is kind of misleading, but if it wasn't there the twist would be lessened I suppose lol
