My wish is that in those times of trouble (that they will come for sure) about to come for Hajime directing, that Yun will be there for her just like Rin was there for Kou.
And what I don't want to see is troubles like "game footage was leaked online, who did this?!" that would be awful to see with my girls :'(

What bothers me is that just two volumes ago Christina was cursing her inability to get Aoba, the new employee without any history, pushed as the main character designer. But here she's doing the exact thing to Hajime that she was so sore over happening to Aoba.

I really hope that same thing not going to repeat itself at this arc. Like seriously...

Yeah, because when you got such a promotion, it's totally time to do as you like using that power based on your feelings rather than being careful using it thinking of the company.

The way Hajime and the rest pushed their project is also kinda questionable in my opinion : base project was refused, so they took it on themselves to do it anyway on their own time, but using the company's stuff and loosing sleep over it, which might actually get in the way of their actual job, undercutting the actual planning team, who in my opinion have good reasons to be annoyed at all this. After all, this causes a precedent of "if you want your project done, start doing it on your free time" which might causes problems in the long run. After all, concerns were raised about whether they would be able to complete the project in time, which implies the teams might have to put on double shift early on without the possibility to refuse as it's them who assured they would be able to do it on time.

Frankly, I see flaws and issues on both side of the table here.

Considering how easily she ended up giving in, it clearly wasn't much of a stretch for her to use her power on it.

The concerns over setting a precedent is Rin's job (and she did bring up those concerns), not Christina's, since the effect of that would be within the company. And Christina is not actually part of their company. Once Rin ordered them to stop their other work and dedicate their work hours to the prototype, it stopped being an unauthorized project, so those concerns aren't really relevant to the presentation itself.

The presented schedule was also drawn up by Rin, who successfully managed the schedule for PECO. If she thinks the schedule is workable, I'm not sure there's a reason to distrust her on it.

And as Hazuki kind of pointed out in the bonus page, someone took a chance on her when she was unknown in order for her to get where she is now.

Christina, an outside party, was also basically telling Eagle Jump that sorry, we don't care what project your company wants to push; we're not going to let you work on anything Hazuki didn't make.

I remember a tweet but a cool person, pictures of Rin brushing Kou's hair in the last episode with the text "there should be a limit to how many time you can say "just kiss her already"" or something along those lines. I kinda agree.
