It's funny to note that I read three versions of this chapter, they all are kind of different. The worse was the fast translated one, it was really confusing, I didn't really get what the chapter was about. I should reread the official, but I think it is slightly different than Chaosteam's - translation which I prefer because it seems to make more sense.

I don't know why, in both French and English official releases, they tend to ignore the whole gyaru thing, there are others stuff that are left out in the English version of vol6, e.g. the things with Mei forcing herself to eat spicy foods during their dates. I think it's a pretty important thing but it doesn't appear in the official translation...

Anime is off to a brilliant start. Great animation quality, probably the best in a yuri anime since Yurikuma Arashi, and let's you know straight from the OP that there's girls and they gonna be kissing a lot.

I am not expecting much from the anime but after seeing episode 1, I got hyped.

Episode 1's inclusion of the lunch scene from Chapter 2 and the volume 1 omake means they're going to change minor things to make it flow better.

So happy for the way the anime is shaping up

Yep, after NTR I wasn't expecting much, but they actually put effort into this. Maybe a bit too much effort, as weird as it sounds. Those groping and kissing scenes didn't really need to be this long.

Yup I'm hyped now. It the quality keeps up for the rest of the series I might consider importing the Japanese BD discs instead of waiting for funimation.

Showing 2 kisses in the opening is kinda weird. Normally you only tease them in the opening but other than that it was a fine episode. The kiss scene is a bit intense between them but i take it.

Those groping and kissing scenes didn't really need to be this long.

Yep, it didn't felt that long, nor that Yuzu was struggling much. It did feel intense and hot, though. I think the struggling part and the ominous music makes it a bit uncomfortable, that said Mei is imposing herself on Yuzu, so that's coherent.

I don't know if I'll like the changes the anime is bringing in. I don't mind additions, but changing big chunk of the story is a bit sad. Well, I guess after Made in Abyss and Girls Last Tour I should lower my expectations in term of fidelity for anime adaptations.

Another issue is Harumin's voice, I'd thought it to be lower, but other than that, it looks pretty nice!

I was thinking the same thing while watching the episode. I had low expectations from the anime after watching the PV but the episode was really well made (except the super pink knees lol xD). Hope they keep up the good work!

Let's not forget that the Japanese producer is Infinite Dayo. They are big and produced almost all P.A. works animes.
