(Nitpicking alert) Also, I admit I got it wrong at first, but I'm reasonably sure it was Otoya at the video rental store, rather than Asane. (compare this and this and their appearances in Twin Sisters). Just swapping their places on the chart should fix that though

I interpret it as, I will love you until I physically can't anymore. Which is naively optimistic in the real world but romantic nonetheless.
