Man, I've been waiting for this one. Giant eyebrows? Sleeves longer than your arms? Introspective protagonist? Definitely my favorite Mochi character design. Now that I think about it, most of those traits apply to me too...

It's Dio from Jojo's Bizarre Adventure. In the anime Dio steals the MC's girlfriend's (or finance or something, I dunno, I never saw Jojo) first kiss. So when the relationship is summed up with that image it means that it's referring to the fact that their first kiss was the result of one of the two stealing the others first kiss.
