I adore this manga. I'm not the outdoors type. But this story is so peaceful. I love how laid back it is.

Such a lovely series, and the addition of everyone's favorite character, food, made this chapter all the more delightful.

I was really looking forward to more Yurucamp, it almost make me want to camp, almost, but then I remember that I hate outside... But still, this manga is so comfy and peaceful, I really enjoy reading it, so thank you SiberOwl's staff for translating this.

That's because "borscht" is the Yiddish spelling. Borshch was introduced to the western (and thus English speaking) world by Ashkenazim who hailed from the Russian Empire and were fleeing the pogroms. Ergo, the Yiddish spelling predominates.

And the transliteration of Slavic names/words tends to be a crapshoot anyway. Khrushchev, anyone?
