In my opinion I see yuri as a sacred bond between two girls and bringing in a third or more party member breaks that bond which is why NTR should never be used for yuri either

I mean, looking at the raws, not that I understand a word of Chinese, but by the images themselves, I don't know if it goes the harem route or not, but it does look like she's not faithful to only one person with the blood-sucking. So it might be the case where I'll actually end up dropping it.

Don't bother actually taking my word for it, because, as I said, I have no idea what the text is saying. If someone actually understands it and can confirm it to me, that would be great.
