The third chapter felt so rush and out of place. She first willingly comes with her but then next day she suddenly realized her mistake and is in total denial. The buff girl approach was little too push in that last chapter for my taste, but still it was nothing compare to blondy that first was clearly into it, but then decided to make it a 1 time swing that never happened. Whatever author planned something else or there was supposed to be some continuation after their parting, the ending felt really unsatisfying and out of place for what it was building so far. It felt more like cheap porn than proper story.

I've already read this on DA. Still I don't like that rushed ending. It's bullshit.

Yeah, sounds about right. Malena is shown at the end with a thoughtful look on her face, but in most situations, that's all it ever amounts to. The ending pisses me off severely, not because it's bad, but because it's so fucking true. I had friends who were like that and it pissed me off so much. Sometimes, you just get so used to one thing, to one person, you just can't see life without them, even if you know you'd be better off without them. I read the comments before reading and thought that it would have a bullshit ending, but instead got an ending that was a little too close to home.

I know, that's why I said it's pretty realistic. She got swept up by her feelings, but after the 'safe zone' was gone, she couldn't do what was necessary, or at least, people who resist that much don't get their head on straight so to speak.

I assume the author left it open ended so that each reader can think of his/her own ending to the story, but when you know how a person acts when they behave like Malena did (for people with experience, or have friends like that (which I have one, and I fortunately persuaded another one so it didn't become two)), there's only one ending to that, and considering how her friends behaved, well, she doesn't have someone to help her.

I think it's partly because manga is a visual art and scissoring is visually appealing and dynamic. Doesn't make it any less silly, but that's part of it I think.

Also yum those muscles.

Call me harsh but I don't see why go through all that trouble for that woman. The whole thing started off cause she thought she was hot but there's no shortage of beautiful girls in clubs and they probably don't come with beaten wife syndrome.

The story was really good, and in reality that for sure is the end, but in manga id imagine the buff one sneaking her number into malenas phone, and after a few intense meetups with Malena going full on tsundre because shes being swept up by something new etc, that they successfully build a bridge that'll hold ^_^

I read this on deviantart, i hope to be wrong but, i think i saw someone saying that the story does not continue...

I think it is a bad place to end IMO, she could still come back and try again or something new, idk, but it seems an ending to the story with a cliffhanger, and it's a little strange for me. I Hope there is more but i think it is best to not keep our hopes up, and if there is sequel... well.... i'll jsut say hooray XD

I like the art, even if it reminds me a bit too much of the x-men, so I'd definitely like to see more from this artist.

That said, the translation was kind-of janky. It needs an editing pass. There are lots of words missing, using the wrong form, or just not right.

Edit: Huh. It seems like there's already a complete sequel, in English, on their deviant art page. It takes things in an interesting direction.
