My introduction to anime (ignoring dubbed imports like pokemon that I saw on tv as a kid) threw me headfirst into the depths of yuri and here I've been ever since. It was Strawberry Panic, and it was the first anime I watched online on the very first laptop my family got.

It seems to now be common knowledge that Shinozaki is an otaku. Not sure what she stands to gain from hiding it at this point. Not that she was ever at risk of losing anything with all the incredibly supportive people around her. Adding in this new girl is either a brilliant move to keep the series going now that Akina is pretty much fully otaku, or is just a somewhat amusing effort to drag the series out now that the "don't become an otaku" joke is losing its umph.

I can't help but think that this series needs to end soon if it's going to go out on a high note.

Always cautious when there's love triangle appearing this late in a serie (Considering how Akina is engrossed in Kaede despite her denial, can't really see her going for another girl at this point, unless Kaede does reject her), but might be interesting for her to see a reflection of her attitude.

Also love how the "master" casually started a fight between aoxkuro and kuroxao fans just to ignore it right away XD. But yeah, kind of a bad choice for her to use kurocross, she didn't research Akina's interest well enough, or she would have gone for Prepure :p

Well, it always were, to be honest. I too wish there were less BL and more yuri, but let's face it, when you talk about female otakus and fujoshi, that pretty much mean BL. And that's part of the "joke" as well, with Akina herself being pissed at how she's buried in BL all over every now and then.

Bwahaha! Thanks, I totally forgot about that side remark... So I guess that senpai of them managed to really put out that doujinshi (instead of just distributing it among friends). Or he knows that Usaba girl... hm...

I agree with some people,so much BL is a bit meh sometimes, I really don't like yaoi,nor do I like fujoshis,but Akina is really sweet so..I hope a tiny bit of yuri comes after this ,with the new girl.

Hey, don't forget what Kaede spouted in the very first chapter : "yuri is the truth of this world !".

I used to like BL..but that's before I discovered yuri though. And now I can't seem to stand encountering even the tiniest bit of BL or het hahaha

Uffs, this is why I don't want Shinozaki anime because they easyli will put more yaoi than Yuri because reason
