Really? It would have been better off with a conventional page layout imo, it feels like it was converted from one to meet a pagecount restriction or something.

I think you missed part of the message though. There's also the part where people around you will try to force you into the role they think fits you regardless of whether it really does or not. And that's unfortunately way too true too.

I liked it, usually the 4-komas I read didn't have focus on one story just random gags or events happening to them, this one feels like it kept the focus on the story in short segments

Honestly I saw stories about girl who is feminine but doesn't look the part, but I never saw one about feminine looking girl who acts and wants to look mainly so.

That was cute! Was struck by how it wouldn't take more then some little changes and it would be a really cute and sweet story about a trans girl and her friend/girlfriend.
