as I said to the scanlator when they first talked about doing it, THIS douj was the reason I tl'd my first kirifu shiopomu book like two years ago - this book makes me go wew (despite the obv. problematic stuff), but imo it needed some context for what baseline one-sided longing shiopomu is.

Having read this after having it open in a tab for a time:

The drama's super messy, everyone except Kou is kind of a bitch, and yeah, as has been noted, the conclusion comes a bit abruptly, but I liked this a lot! The art's great, the girls are cute together, and the conclusion's fun. Could have a used a few more chapters, alas, but I don't know that I would have had the appetite for more than a third volume at most.

A thing that greatly added to my enjoyment of this was noticing (ch8?) a mention of a voiced pv, and discovering that it's just chapter 1, but with the messy drama exes being voiced by agupon and mayuchi, of LL nijigaku ayumu and kasumin fame https://www.youtube.com/watch?v=4SSBM2kW9do&t=635s

I figure if the artist cares enough to always credit themselves differently, it's the least we can do to oblige, even if it's an open secret.

I'd argue that she presents somewhat gyaru at school, but I don't think it warrants the tag. I think of tags' purposes either as warning folks away who don't want that type of content - likely not the purpose of this tag - or of letting folks find things they might be interested in - and I think someone looking specifically for gyarus would be disappointed in that regard for this.

I'm not sure what to expect from this really - on the one hand, the setup seems to be designed for just one-off chill chapters with minimal drama, but on the other hand, Tsukiko-sensei loves messy drama, and it is still early days.

I'm mostly just really glad to see her serialized, though.
