To throw in my own two cents regarding the Yandere-theory, remember how Junna was unwilling to eat those parfaits because of how cute they were?
Maybe she feels similarly about Hane, if they got together now she'd ruin her (as a magical girl), so she has to break/beat/change her in some way beforehand.

I don't really believe this, but it'd be pretty funny if that random quirk were way more important than expected.

We finally see what Sou's transformation look like (Her eyes changes to yellow color just like how Lemon's eyes change from yellow to green) plus all their official magical girl codenames/nicknames/titles.

So we have confirmed perception magic and memory erasing magic from this chapter (Young kids can see through perception magic due to resistance= Been a while since the magical girls actually used memory altering and erasing magic since they probably use perception magic to hide their identity and not get found out).
