They're using a Black Knight Halberd, which is potentially very powerful but also very heavy and requires considerable stat investment to use effectively. If you're going for a lightweight build at that point in the game, you'd have to do some serious level grinding for the halberd to be worth using and still have enough load left over for armor. You'd also have to know where all the crystal lizards are to have enough Twinkling Titanite to have it upgraded by then, or else know about the Ash Lake to go farming for them.

So rather than a conventional handicap, she's reached the point of familiarity with the game to be goofing around with highly specialized, harebrained builds, apparently while distracted. This woman has played a lot of Dark Souls.

beautiful episode this week despite not seeing much of Lara and Mari, we still got little bits of them, including Mari going underwater to find Lara, which is romantic in itself. If anything, that just means more buildup for Episode 12. Seriously, I can’t wait!!!

Yeah, Assault Lily Last Bullet has an event format called "Creator Collab" where they commission artwork from independent artists.
I still think it counts as official since it's featured in the game just like the in-house art, and you can roll it on gacha banners.
