The problem obviously is “you need to find a man”

Yeah, I assume the situation was the mother did all the housework, then after she died it all fell to the son. The son resents his father because he had to go from 0% to 100% of the housework, but has also now internalised it as a virtue that he can help with housework.
She got lucky with dividing the dough into 16 math, there was only a 1/16 chance of it dividing equally into grams. Also the reason the recipe says divide into 16 is it's easy to do without math - Divide the dough in 2 four times - 2, 4, 8, 16. But I suppose weighing them is more precise.

I think this manga got discontinued in 2023. Now that we are on the topic I don’t remember any manga that got officially discontinued due to author health coming back from the dead but I hope this one comes back, I love the artstyle
