who's Yori?

I chuckled.

Momo with all due respect it's time to move the fuck on. I get it it's hard but it's been many years at this point the chick was even going to break up with you. Again I get it it's hard to move on from your past especially when you lose a loved one, however living in the past and never moving on is going to slowly eat away at your mind and you're just gonna stay miserable the rest of your life.

I agree. I wonder how long Momoka will keep on avoiding the topic of moving forward in life without Kyou. Now I'm not so sure if she's willing to open up to Himari. If she won't open to Himari, then who will she ever open up to?

I'm looking forward to the hot springs chapter.

Remember, she hasn't been told about the break-up letter yet

Exactly. If Hajime showed Momoka the letter, then at best, she'd have to admit to reading her sister's mail, and at worst, Momoka would suspect Hajime forged the letter somehow given that Hajime has a motive for wanting to give up on Momoka. Hajime wasn't wrong to say what she did, but she chose the worst possible time to confess her feelings for Momoka, and her confession will make getting through to Momoka more difficult, at least in the short term.

It's definitely a weird position to be in for Hajime. The thing is, she won't be able to keep it to herself forever and the more time it takes to come clean, the worst it's going to be for Momoka (^^)

As expected, this is now affecting the band. I'm sure they'll get through this, but of course no one quite realizes yet how bad things are for Momo.

I would assume since Momoka used to date Kyou that they probably did exchange some letters and that, regardless if they did or not, she'd be able to recognize her dead gf's handwriting and be able to discern if it's real or a forgery by Hajime (which, we know it's not, but like, since we're talking about this hypothetical about how Momoka would react upon being given this letter). But maybe that's just me being hopeful.

I'm not sure if your question is sarcastic given the quotation marks but isn't Aki and Shiho are the real main couple?

The premise of the current arc is to think really good on your future. SSGIRLS is set to go for college and Yori seems to feel like going to college as well than going pro for now. Meanwhile, Shiho is dead set on going pro with Laureley, which seals the deal with the band going viral, scouted by Queen Records, and got offered to perform in Zepp.

One thing is clear that Momoka only want to go pro because it's Kyou's dream and she can't think of anything for herself. It may take a while before we finally get Momoka's POV because we're about to get more of Hajime.

This may or may not be a hot take but I don't think Yori can do of help at the current arc. Maybe if she'll be able to recall what Momoka said earlier during AyaMiki's arc, which will be quoted below, then it may be a tiny bit of help but it's better than nothing.

On her yearning for Kyou, probably

It's okay to hold onto these feelings even if they're not rewarded. What's so wrong about that?
People are free to keep feeling the way they do, aren't they? I don't think I've ever though about giving up on my feelings.

On Hajime

I think she's just being considerate of me. She's probably just making sure I'm not lonely...

I've said it before but I don't think she knows what to do with Yori most of the time (or isn't as interested in her unless she's connected to Himari). As for Himari though, she has always been a major part of every arc and has her character developed well while working with Shiho. She's there now as well. It's only Yori who hasn't had a major presence for the vast majority of the manga, unless it's part of Himari's world.

I think that's been far more the norm than anything else for a long long time now, if not always. She's mostly Himari's love interest. I don't know if she's had an arc to herself the way Himari and others have had. I'm not even sure of who her friends are outside of Himari's orbit. I'm not bothered by this because I don't think her stuff was ever that interesting and don't think every character has to be a major focus but it's not really new to me at least.
