Hmm honestly I want to see the fact that she has no name yet as proof that she'll play a bigger role later on but it could also be a way from the author of showing the reader Ren's total disinterest in her.

She is not working close to Ren's place. She was just replacing someone's shift over there, but she is working in another pharmacy.

I also wonder how she will fit in the mess. But she sure also got me to root for her.

I think it’s a trope for manga characters who address themselves in third-person like Mizuki to be high maintenance and/or childlike. Maybe just my bias.

Even on the grander scale of human experience, it's exactly like that. I really appreciated this particular moment because it's an incredibly meaningful self-realization moment that isn't all too dramatic.

I feel like a quiet theme of this manga, underneath the love square that's been hinted at, is the experience of queer realization as an adult. It's not explicitly stated, but Ren's actions and feelings have really done a good job of showing a woman who has been dealing with comphet and just assuming "that's how life is" and now is experiencing genuine attraction, desire and love for the first time.

EDIT: After all, she wasn't even dating men for pleasure. It was literally a job to her, not something she did because she wanted to! Feeling obligated to date men, and seeing those relationships as purely transactional and something to be suffered through, is absolutely a way comphet is experienced.

I'm a high maintenance woman that has been with high maintenance women. There are very different types of high maintenance. Mizuki is not it for me. I do think dating her would be good Ren.

So, she just want a girl to sleep, break up will be a mess because is all related to Sui
