England invented Victorianism and have had the stuffiest culture for hundreds of years. Them being prudes about showing gay on cartoons doesn't really surprise me, though I suppose it should. A Norwegian country doing this, that would surprise me.

A really minor point, they say that PG in the US means parental guidance needed, when it actually means parental guidance suggested. Nearly everything on TV here is PG. And obviously it's a rare parent indeed that sits there and watches all of it with their kids.
