I'm not sure. I guess "Gender Bender" refers to non-canon genderswapping, but Female Ranma is part of the actual series.

^From what I understand, some tags only get added to images if they only apply to that specific image. So a character who has animal ears by default won't have Animal ears tagged, but a character being given animal ears in a specific image will.
