An interesting oneshot. I do kind of feel the author was trying to do a bit too much given the page count. With all the plot there wasn't really enough time to delve into the protagonist's mindset so it was hard to get a real good view of her as a character. I think it would've been significantly better if it were at least half again as long, and maybe combine the rapist character with the teacher. Still, I do appreciate the author trying to tackle complex topics and I did enjoy it overall.
Also, this is absolutely yuri; these faces aren't faces of platonic love lol.
I would have normally said maybe we're assuming their sexualities based on the author's history but this author has written a lot of Het and that also goes for their currently running series. So, it's mixed. I think at best the author is using an old-school version of yuri (girls interacting, not necessarily romantic, subtlety, ambiguity, etc.). Anything else is not really in the story itself. Interesting read anyway.
The author's only in charge of the art for their currently running series so I wouldn't draw any conclusions from that. They've also posted plenty of yuri manga on their twitter. So I think going by the author's history too it's safe to call this oneshot yuri.
