I think Tadokoro disregarding Kirigaya altogether and instead worrying about Nikaidou getting in trouble would be far more likely. Though neither Nikaidou nor Tadokoro strike me as the sort to willingly resort to violence in the first place. I think it's far more likely that anything Kirigaya tries would simply blow up in her face with both Nikaidou bd Tadokoro largely being totally oblivious to her efforts.

She’s a bully who’s picking on Tadokoro to feel better about herself. Then she got all jealous because Tadokoro’s close to the hottest girl at school and she doesn’t think a gloomy person like ‘Inki-chan’ deserves to be in Nikaidou’s presence.

If anything, Tadokoro’s not going to let her get beat up by Nikaidou though and this will make Nikaidou fall for her even more.
