Is this going to be real yuri? The other sites that have this don't mark it a such. Please let it be yuri!

I absolutely adore Neji’s art style. I hope someone translates their other work series as well as this one.

I'm glad more of Neji's work is showing up here! This series is off to an nice start, although I really hope the DK's whole backstory and such is explained eventually, like "Why did she want to come to Earth/Japan" and "Why was she searching for someone like Nio?"

Honestly don't know, It's published in Yuri Hime, which is certainly a big yes for the Yuri tag, altho we've certainly seem some subtext manga there before. It certainly seems like yuri, and Neji is hardly an author who would prefer to make subtext over yuri... Hmm.

I like the way Nio's mother thinks.

Also this is a chill demon king.

I love this already. Ahhh. Kind of reminds me of Creo the Crimson Crises but with less unnecessary drama so far, and funnier.

Neji has tagged it with yuri on her Pixiv, so that's another point in its favor. Maybe it'll just be more of a slow build than others, though I haven't really seen future chapters outside of a few previews.

When the Demon King said "Listen up, heroes... we are going on vacation!" I was like totes mind-boggled... I thought that she had decided to take the defeated heroes with her on a holiday... it didn't make any sense...

Only later I realized that she was using the the royal "we" or majestic plural. >_< The scanlator should have put a footnote or something...

Well, I'm hooked. The artstyle is nice, the premise seems interesting, and damn, that first panel of ch02p05... just magnificent.

i wonder if people see the marking on her face and wonder if thats a face tattoo (will prob never be brought up by side characters but still)

I thought the same. And kind of wish she did, would've been funny for her to bring her mortal enemies with her on vacation, also think it'd be a good setup for a comedy series.

Also, ahoge seems to be a hereditary family trait. Nio and Chidori have different model (and "flat-noodle" hair instead of slightly wavy) than their mother, guess they get that from the absent dad...?

This sort of reminds me of the Black Glasses witch manga. A lot of cuteness mixing mundanity and demon stuff. Fun.

Nio is the reincarnated soul of the planet Shiva destroyed. Saddened by the constant destruction of the humans vs demons war the planet suffered every day, slowly being corrupted into a dreadful, all-destroying force. Until it was mercifully killed by the demon lord (there might have been a soundtrack with an impressive chorus playing). Now Shiva's out to protect her from renewed conflict by giving her a better life ... as a harassed pet ... and future waifu ...

There might be a flaw or two in this theory but it sounds Japanese enough to be plausible.
