Censorship in China isn't as clear-cut as people think; the rules are nebulous and they change often, plus a lot authors decide to self-censor preemptively exactly because they're not sure what they can get away with, and they don't wanna risk it.

The trick most people use to get away with censorship is to have the official version censored, and then repost the offending scene uncensored on their personal social media.
When you see an uncensored kiss in here, it's usually because the scanlators went through the trouble of hunting down the uncensored scene and stitching it back into the chapter.
