I've written this before, but reading her work I always draw diagrams. For one thing, she doesn't rely as heavily on either unrealistic or dyed hair color to distinguish characters - she does, just not as heavily as is common. And she uses a lot of characters. And they're usually interested in each other at cross purposes.
