As Hinami has stated in the postcards, her and Tsukino are the only real people in their world, she can control everyone else as she wishes, but never Tsukino. Or rather, I guess she feels Tsukino is real and loves her because she can't control her.

^ This. She's about as guilty of this as your younger self is for removing your Sim's pool ladder. The actually interesting ethical question is about the things she did to the author: can lobotomization and enslavement be justified as self-defence, since her continue existence depends on it?

Worth noting that earlier she used her fantastic cosmic powers to punish writers for the shit they put their fictional characters through, but now has fallen into the 'they're not real/don't matter' mindset all too similar to them.

That aside, I don't see her as an electric type. Given her bloodline dark feels pretty certain. Maybe psychic as well?
