"Be reconciled to cats"...?
I'm missing something here but I think I like it. Anyone got a clue?
Old Japanese joke that comes from misreading the Bible's Corinthians 5:20.
The line "be reconciled to God" is translated as 神と和解せよ but if you remove some of the strokes in 申 (inside 神, god) then you get ネコ (cat). This applies to any lines where God is mentioned but this one is probably the more famous one.
