There's multiple things going on here. For one there's the obvious wordplay with dora tiles and the doraemon.

Then there's the fact that she calls her hand "oyaman" which isn't a term that exists in mahjong. I'm not good enough with kanji to understand what the pun is there, but it might have smth to do with the fact that the hand she has doesn't actually net her 18000 points.

She'd need 6 han and be Dealer to get 18k points, which would be a Haneman but as far as I can see she's 1 han short. Now, if that triplet of the 5 of characters were actually 9s, then it'd work out. Dunno if that mistake's intentional though

Then, I was confused because I didn’t get the joke after rereading the last panel (i took her words literally)
Finally, as I was typing out my confused comment, I got the joke….
