Chapters 1-3 have been made into voice comics on DLSite. I can't link to it directly because it's detected as spam, but it should be pretty easy to find by searching for 田所さん on the site. It's a bit of nickel-and-diming situation, though, with each chapter costing 275 yen (220 yen for the comic + 55 yen for the voices). There's a sample on the product page if you just want to know what it sounds like.

Tadakoro is played by Nihei Yukako and Nikaidou by Sanada Akane, pretty minor league but not amateurs or anything. That said, the voice direction isn't really working for me. Tadokoro's is OK, but Nikaidou's doesn't really fit my image of her. It feels like in the scenes where she protects Tadokoro she's going to sound less gallant and more like a burikko revealing her true nature, but we'll have to see.

So if the teacher wrote the kanji spelling of Mako's first name in big letters on the black board, that means everyone in class except Shiina knows that her name could also be read as the first Incan emperor's name. That explains why Mako opens up to Shiina pretty easily even though she keeps her distance from everyone else.

@ Goggled Anon @Kokolie Thanks for the info- I didnt know the O was optional- I just tried it in google translate and it doesnt know the word without the o so im guessing its slang?

The O isn't actually part of the word, it's a polite prefix. However, it's one of those things that sometimes do end up getting married to certain words, for example, "okashi" and "onigiri" are virtually never seen without the O. In other cases, though, it may be up to the speaker whether to use it, like how "obaka" (not to be confused with "oobaka") is a more classy and polite way of calling someone a moron than just "baka", and in other cases still, people will look at you funny for using it at all.
In the case of "omanko", while it is more commonly seen with the O than without (even though it's a pretty crass word either way), it's not quite in the first category. If Google Translate doesn't know what to do with just "manko", it probably just means that the set of documents it learned from isn't lowbrow enough.

Also presumably this way they only have to pay one person instead of two, although that may be beyond the level of an editor's concern.

From what I've heard, the total pay is the same regardless of how many people work on it. Basically, it's not the people that get paid, but the manga that gets paid for and how that pay gets divided among the people working on it is up to them.

For ease of drawing, mangaka like reducing the ring and middle finger to one fat finger during the sketch and splitting it up later, so this is probably just the easiest way to draw a dainty pose.
