I think the scanners just didn't get the reference, since there's no note, and "the most normal pool ever" sounds like it could've come from what it's called in Japanese, "rei no pool" ("the usual pool").

The women may fake their orgasms but the dudes nut for real; even if hypothetically they use some kind of fake substitute they still gotta clean that up either way. Not to mention the random sweat, spit, (accidental or not) piss that could come out when shooting porn.
