Wow Sadoko is super cool and competent. Maybe Konoha should keep her around lol. On that note Konoha seems more protective now. Also a line about wanting to find out her real name. Hmmm.

At this point im fairly sure this manga works on red vs blue logic where they'll do the most random, offbeat plot point and that'll have a profound impact in the psyche of the characters, in this case, Konoha NOTICIBLY changes how she acts around Satoko after she turns into a baby and is nursed back into being a teen by her, like as weird and freudian as that sounds, that seems to be the turning point.

As Konoha pointed out, Sadoko probably wasn't more powerful, just more confident and determined. Satoko had already put in the hard work and training before hand. Konoha was, specifically, talking about her kuni skills, but the same logic likely also applies to her leafing.

She was likely squatting on it like one would on a traditional Japanese toilet. There was a brief censored shot of it in the last episode and I think she was squatting.

Speaking of, NinKoro anime has ended! Overall I still enjoyed it and definitely liked that there was more yuri moments between Konoha and Satoko. I just can't help but be disappointed with a change they made in the anime that it was not Kuro and Marin who handled the bunny ninja. It's a shame cause it was a good way of showing that both Kuro and Marin were quite competent and could coordinate well.

I think the chances are pretty good, but it also depends on the pacing of the manga volumes releases. I just finished the anime, and it seems to end somewhere around the middle or near the end of volume 3. Since the anime covered the content of the first three volumes, I’d say that once Ninkoro releases volumes 6 or 7, there should be enough material for a second season. But the likely hood of season 2 also depends of rating and what not

Can't believe HundredBurger sensei is giving us ninja's who are already dead now. Cutting the assassin out of the loop

It shocked me that after how cynical the show has been, the ending was quite sincere and positive. Also shocking how despite the fact that both Satoko and Konoha continue to be pretty terrible people, it's clear that they've both made each other better, and found a really important connection with one another, and with their friends.

I can't speak for the manga but the anime feels like it has a very strong anti-nihilist sentiment by the end. Though the world that we live in is cruel, lacking entirely in justice, and forces beyond our control force us into conflict with others, it's worth it to keep living because at least we have each other, and that makes it worthy to keep on living.

I was thinking that the ninja afterlife was just a cute gag and I still think it is but the not actually twins finding their dead mother in there got me thinking if Burger-sensei will do more with it. Couldn't believe she'd introduce a dead ninja that Konoha hasn't killed yet so maybe the mother does come back to alive just to be killed to complete the joke.

Also that joke about Earth getting leaf'd. I'm hopeful the manga does not get axed to get to that point but part of me still wants to see that joke ending happen lol.

That's... a wholesome take. I love it. Konoha x Satoko is what got me invested in this but I did end up liking all the currently living characters.

Wow a new character but one that I was wondering if she was ever gonna show up. Glad she did cause she looks great! Liking her chances too since she technically survived her introductory chapter.

Poor Yuriko. And wow she didn't even tell Kuro her age which to be fair Kuro does keep her own secrets. Honestly gonna be really sad for me if these two break up. Hopefully not. Wish we got a moment between Konoha and Satoko in the hot spring but hopefully it can still happen.

Leader and Yuriko have rings now that I haven't noticed before (Kuro wears hers on a necklace, Yuriko wears hers on her right ring finger). Maybe promise rings, maybe just a fashion accessory - however...[[Yuri Goggles ON]].

I really love this series - in consistently delivers character development, good characters TO develop, fun and thoughtful worldbuilding, and (generally) good comedy. Also Satoko a bestgirl - her lack of morality is adorable.

I love how Konoha slowly is warming up to Satoko – they’ve come a long way from when Konoha was ready to kill her if she didn’t agree to leaf bodies for her. And then Satoko practicing in secret to improve her leafing jutsu for Konoha… super cute.

And then here, where not only is Konoha giving up going in the onsen in order to guard Satoko, but she’s even patting her back and giving her water when she’s choking on dango. Then immediately gets in front of her when Momiji makes her entrance. Would that even have happened ten chapters ago?! Cute!
