This is awesome. The art is gorgeous, the worldbuilding is interesting, and the characters are all fun in their own ways. And did I mention the art is gorgeous?

After seeing all the yuri fanart of this pairing, and seeing similar comments, I finally watched it. Wow-wee, was it heeaaaavy and depressing. The voice acting was great, though, and after watching it I really appreciated the pairing more - they're a lot better than just the aesthetics (which are great!).

I enjoyed this a lot more than I thought I would, especially given the amatuerish conflicts at times (looking at you, Youkouchi), and even made a Wattpad account because I couldn't wait (and honestly I hate reading novels on Dynasty because it will always be black text on white background). Despite some frustrations with both the format (it IS a light novel-style webnovel) and the themes (it's kind of all over the place at times, isn't it?), it is varied enough to keep me guessing as to where it's going next, and the characters are decently interesting. I could nitpick them for days, but I really did find myself wishing them a happy(ier) ending after their pasts were revealed and all(?) their baggage is on display for the reader.

It was pretty clear to me that Mizuno was being written with a slant towards yandere from the outset, though, which left me wishing it had been more subtle and built up to some big reveal or something shocking, e.g. Mizuno stealing things from Haruki at work and making a shrine.

Overall it's been a fun read and I'm excited to see the conclusion.

I love how the basic concept – as I’ve interpreted it - of Watanare is that Renako is just reeling in these girls into her harem by (often inadvertently) just being genuine, kind, and empathic. That's it. There's possibly supposed to be a social commentary in there. Lol. Lmao, even.

Very cute series. Watching Fuyu stumble her way into a relationship with her childhood crush was so adorable. A really loveable cast.

I love Watanare. Just like with Sendai-san and Miyagi of SuuKura, watching Renako overthink into a spiral of (often unwitting) sapphism is hilarious.
Also, Satsuki is a victim lol.

Wow a new character but one that I was wondering if she was ever gonna show up. Glad she did cause she looks great! Liking her chances too since she technically survived her introductory chapter.

Poor Yuriko. And wow she didn't even tell Kuro her age which to be fair Kuro does keep her own secrets. Honestly gonna be really sad for me if these two break up. Hopefully not. Wish we got a moment between Konoha and Satoko in the hot spring but hopefully it can still happen.

Leader and Yuriko have rings now that I haven't noticed before (Kuro wears hers on a necklace, Yuriko wears hers on her right ring finger). Maybe promise rings, maybe just a fashion accessory - however...[[Yuri Goggles ON]].

I really love this series - in consistently delivers character development, good characters TO develop, fun and thoughtful worldbuilding, and (generally) good comedy. Also Satoko a bestgirl - her lack of morality is adorable.

I love how Konoha slowly is warming up to Satoko – they’ve come a long way from when Konoha was ready to kill her if she didn’t agree to leaf bodies for her. And then Satoko practicing in secret to improve her leafing jutsu for Konoha… super cute.

And then here, where not only is Konoha giving up going in the onsen in order to guard Satoko, but she’s even patting her back and giving her water when she’s choking on dango. Then immediately gets in front of her when Momiji makes her entrance. Would that even have happened ten chapters ago?! Cute!

I'm not quite convinced this is a 'lie detector'. I think this is a representation of how easily - or not - each character says "sorry".
Not to overexplain anything, but from this I get that Utena is a chastened, but she stills apologizes. And, of course, she'll apologize for her wife and child. Kiwi is... 'reluctant'. Arisu is, presumably, mute. Matama starts and stops, and it's hard, but she can say sorry. Haruka and Sayo are good girls so they immediately apologize. Karouko will apologize, backhandedly probably, or in an insulting way; "Sorry you're so dumb", maybe?
And so on. That's how I interperted it, anyway. I think it really captures their characters with just a line, and I think that is really cool.

The Melody/Kuromi cosplay is adorable, and fitting (based on my extremely limited knowledge of Hello Kitty lore). I continue to enjoy the scenario of Kita consistently forcing Bocchi into doing cute insta things, crudely but affectionately building up her social tolerance/skills.

Rather than starting with cheating, it really seems to have started (and ended, since it's a oneshot) with pre-meditated murder - how romantic! Trading one host of problems for a whole slew of others... that could actually make a fun crime manga/manhwa, the maid/mistress and widow trying to keep not just the murder under wraps and attention diverted, but also their relationship.
The isekai (?) aspects were kind of weird, honestly; not sure what, if anything, it added to the story. I suppose 'love beyond death/reincarnation'?

Less that the tail comes off, and more... comes out, I suspect. ( ˘ ͜ʖ ˘)

I've been worried about the other characters since the first chapter: only Sophia entered the 'real world' with a home and near someone. Luna, Clara, Olivia, and Aurora are all homeless and alone - and have been for several days, in a world they know nothing about. Machino and Sophia are so cute, but that has been hanging over my head for every chapter...

Two points:
1) Wow, that was rough; Yuri came out of it with a black eye, that's hardcore...
2) That door is remarkably short, or our girls here are exceptionally tall.

This is one of the few manga that has the "WTF am I reading" tag and I agree 100%: WTF am I reading, but also why do I enjoy it so much? This is good stuff.
