^^^ Shino to Ren was created first and later Sefure's characters are created on the basis of these two. In Shino to Ren's chap 25 (English tr not seen yet) Sefure's two was described as "us in Manga Time Kirara's timeline". You can basically say Shino to Ren and Sefure are describing two stages of a romantic relationship.

Also in Sefure's Vol 1 Extras Shino and Ren teleported in and claimed themselves to be "ancestors" of Ruka and Suuna when Ruka and Suuna are trapped in a escape room.
