Gods Arai Sumiko's writing can pack such a punch sometimes. This latest chapter was so good.

That was pretty much my thought, too. I know this series is inherently rather frustrating because of both the pace and the blockhead MC(s), but Koga finally getting the point via an analogy to music-listening is pretty damned brilliant.
