It was common for anime to have extra content released as a drama cd bundled with merch.

As for this manhua, I am curious what the main character's health issues are. TB is obviously a ploy, but between the joke about her having enough health problems as-is and her Plan A Pretense being a deadly illness, I'm assuming that's setting her sickness up as a plot element. Haven't seen many yuri with chronically ill protags, either, so here I am hoping... usually it's either perfect health, Nebulously-Unnamed Syndrome, or terminal illness, so the chronically ill girls get left with nothing...
