It's notable to me that, while Kanna likes sweets, she doesn't necessarily want to be "feminine" in any other way. She shows no indication of not wanting to fight, for example, and in this chapter she even wears "masculine" clothes for their weekend date (and even holds Mito's bags for her). That's surprisingly subtle for an overall straightforward manga like this, and I like it.
