Frankly, until someone uploads something that creates the NEED for this debate, I don't see the point. "What ifs" and "this could happens" are fine in a theoretical discussion around resolving an existing ambiguity are cool, but defensive ontology development always comes with steeply diminishing returns.
Seriously, if you can't figure out from the tags and the barest hint of context that the book - one that's clearly featuring two girls, one of whom is known to be trans, and the tags put them in an intimate situation and you know the trans girl probably still has her OEM genitalia - involves a penis at some point, I'm not sure there's any helping that sort of derangement.
