My interpretation of it is that the "dream" was some supernatural event trying to push the protag towards her true love because she was getting too close to letting her pass her by, out of a mistaken belief that she had no chance with her.

The dream girl's confession that she broke up with her boyfriend was probably really true and the protag just wasn't aware, so the dream told her as a way of nudging her towards going for it.

The other girl's reaction to the protag missing a day of work was definitely suspiciously strong for someone not in love. ( ͡° ͜ʖ ͡°)

That's more or less my take on it - the ending's ambiguous on just how much was a dream (and how much Noushiro actually knows) but it's ultimately optimistic on them getting together in the future (maybe on their trip next week...?)
